Weddings & Private Events
Includes weddings, receptions, cocktail hours, engagements, showers, and private celebrations.
Most wedding and private event performances fall within the $500–$1,200 range, depending on travel, length of performance, and musical customization. Smaller or ceremony-only events may fall below this range.
Corporate & Special Events
Includes corporate functions, galas, brand activations, and large-scale or luxury events.
Corporate and special events are custom quoted to reflect the scope, setting, and production needs of the event.
Most corporate performances are planned with budgets starting around $1,500. These performances are crafted to provide a distinctive, immersive atmosphere for your guests and align with your event’s production values.
Community & Nonprofit Events
Includes churches, assisted living and retirement communities, memorial services, and nonprofit organizations.
Community and nonprofit events are supported through a thoughtfully designed pricing structure, with extended music coverage included to allow for a natural and uninterrupted flow. Performances begin at $300, with final pricing tailored based on location and timing.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on location, duration, and customization. After learning more about your event, I’ll provide a detailed quote outlining everything included.
Do you offer nonprofit or community event pricing?
Yes—I’m proud to support nonprofit and community organizations with a specialized pricing structure. Nonprofit bookings include extended performance time built into the base rate, allowing for up to 90 minutes of continuous music for most events. Additional time can be added in half-hour increments if needed, and I’m always happy to tailor the music coverage to best fit your event.
Do you offer recurring or ongoing performances?
Yes. I’m happy to work with venues, churches, assisted living communities, and other organizations interested in recurring or ongoing harp performances. These arrangements are customized based on schedule and setting.
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book several months in advance, especially for weddings and popular seasonal dates. That said, I’m always happy to check availability for last-minute inquiries when possible.
Do you perform outdoors?
Yes, with appropriate coverage or shade to protect my harp. Outdoor performances may require additional considerations depending on the weather and temperature.
Can I request specific songs?
Absolutely. I offer a wide and varied repertoire and also create custom arrangements when needed. Song requests are discussed as part of the planning process.
Is amplification required?
In most settings, my harp carries naturally and does not require amplification. If a venue prefers sound reinforcement for larger spaces, I can coordinate the placement of a microphone seamlessly.
